Steps
- Open the User Login page.
- Enter the registered mobile number.
- Use the same mobile number as the customer password.
- Review the connection start date, expiry date and remaining days.
If the information is incorrect
Contact WhatsApp support and provide your registered name and mobile number. Never post your WiFi password publicly.
Renewal
Confirm the current package price before renewal because promotional pricing may change. A new 30-day period begins only after payment is recorded.
